The Shout of Faith
In certain battles, the household of Israel, or the house of Israel, encountered something unique. When the presence of God was among them, there was a shout. However, their shout was not just a shout. There are many shouts in the world. Some shout out of terror and some out of anger, but how many of you know that there is a shout of faith? There is good news. There are glad tidings. There is a release of the salutation that carries power and manifestation. When the children of Israel shouted, the Bible said that their enemies, as a result of this spontaneous reaction to the presence of the ark or the King in their midst, were terri?ed immediately, saying, “the shout of a King is among them.”
Wait, wait, wait. Do you mean that ordinary men and women with a covenant released a sound, and the King put His power in the middle of it? You mean to say that entire armies became turbulent and fearful after hearing that shout?
Your mountains will move out of your way. Your seas will part to make a way. There is no dead end for the Christian. There’s nothing less than victory– nothing short of power–for the child of the living God. You are the house of God. You are the gate of heaven. You are the redeemed of the Lord. We are the Seed of Abraham, and in us shall all nations of the earth be blessed because in our King, our Lord, and our Savior, Jesus, all of the nations of the earth will be blessed!
The House of Jesse
Out of the house of Jesse, God promoted David. Then God did the same thing through David: Out of David’s house, He promoted Solomon. You can then go down the line and see how God literally utilized covenant, or promise, to bring ordinary people to exceptionalism through His ability.
When we accept Christ, we accept the One who is not ashamed to call us brethren, or family. We’re now flesh of His flesh and bone of His bone. We’re His body. We’re His bride. We’re His family. We’re His redeemed. He died and rose again so that He would bring many sons and daughters unto glory. What other definition is there for “sons and daughters” except the family of God, in whom the whole family in heaven and in earth is named?
9After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
Revelation 7:9 KJV
The Book of Revelation clearly describes what kind of a family the family of God is. Revelation says, “of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues.” Eternity is populated with the redeemed, with the glorified, with the elect, with the family of God. Yet, we never lose our diversity or our individualism. Every people, every kindred, and every tongue are infused right into the Redeemer and His redemption. The living Word of God lives in you, and you who believe the Word of God shall abide forever.
Is there anyone here who has been baptized in the sea? Is there anyone here who has been baptized in the cloud? Is there anyone here who has heard “the Egyptians that you see today, you will see them no more forever?” Is there anyone who has been baptized into the heavenly Jordan and out of your belly flow rivers of living water? Is there anyone here who is a member of the eternal family of Almighty God? Let the redeemed of the Lord say so. Let them say, “I’ve been redeemed. I’ve been delivered. I’ve been bought with a price. I’m no longer in the hands of my enemy. I’m in the hands of my Savior. I’m in the hands of my Heavenly Father who is greater than all. No man can take me out of my Father’s hand. If He’s my Father and I’m in His house, then the provision of His house belongs to me in this life.”
1The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.
Proverbs 28:1 KJV
The righteous are as bold as a lion. This boldness is not limited to the righteous individually or singularly only.
22But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, 23To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, 24And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
Hebrews 12:22-24 KJV
It’s called the mountain of the house of the Lord. Thank God that it isn’t a valley, and it’s certainly not a pit! The mountain of the house of the Lord shall be exalted above all mountains. That statement is an end-time prediction for the house of God. This mountain that we have come to is Mount Zion, the New Jerusalem, the city of the living God, the Church of the First Born, the innumerable company of angels, the spirit of just men made perfect, and the blood of the covenant that speaks better things than that of Abel!
The righteous are the redeemed, united in a corporate experience to make a sound, to release a vision, and to show a portrait of who we are collectively in the world. We are not a scattered people, afraid of earthly governments and earthly ambitions, but we are a gathered people, united by the power of prayer, authority, and dominion. No weapon formed against us shall prosper, and we will condemn every tongue that rises against us. We pull it out and tie it in a knot, and we don’t ever fear.
Send me your email, and send me your prayer requests. Doctor Robin and I will get a hold of the tongue that’s rising against you, and we’ll tie it up because whatever is against your house is against this house! Whatever is against your family is against this family. Whatever is against your call or you church is against this church. Father, let Your power surge through every member of Your people. Loose Your anointing on them right now!
